  • You can ask for a full refund within TODO days of paying.
  • Add-ons you haven't used can be refunded.
  • Refunds go back the way you paid: UPI, card or netbanking.

The wedding price

If Krama isn't right for you, ask within TODO days of paying and we'll refund the full amount. TODO: owner to confirm the window and any conditions.

Add-ons

Add-ons you haven't started using can be refunded in full. Add-ons already used, such as messages already sent, can't be refunded. TODO: owner to confirm per add-on.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the account you paid from, through Razorpay. UPI refunds usually arrive within a few working days; cards and netbanking can take up to TODO working days, depending on your bank.
